The band would like to say a huge thank you to fellow Depeche Mode tribute Speak and Spell, who sadly had to pull out of doing these dates and kindly thought of them to stand in.
Due to logistics, this will again be Depeche Made in their ‘Stripped’ format which was so warmly received at their recent gigs at Rockers, Glasgow, Scotland.
“Turkey has a really strong Depeche Mode fan base,” commented Steve, “Sadly Mode had to cancel their Turkish tour plans earlier this year. I hope that we can bring our music to the masses who are so hungry and passionate for Depeche Mode.”
“It’s very exciting,” said Simon. “I’ve not been to Turkey before and it’s clear the promoters are really big fans. This is a fabulous opportunity to not only play in a new country, but to also get to see much of it too. Again, it will be strange not playing with Thorsten and Jacky, but hopefully we’ll be confirming some more full band gigs very soon.”
